Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Nyxqen to solicit, arrange, advertise, or facilitate the exchange of money, gifts, services, or anything of value for meetings, contact, attention, companionship, or sexual acts. This includes escort services, sugar arrangements, prostitution, and commercial sex trafficking. Violations are reported to law enforcement in accordance with federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2421A, "FOSTA-SESTA"). Account termination is permanent.

Nyxqen is a non-adult platform. You may not upload, share, or link to nudity, sexually explicit material, or sexually suggestive content intended to simulate or depict sexual activity. Uploaded media is automatically scanned before publication and reviewed by our moderation team. Content that violates this rule is removed and may result in suspension or permanent ban.

You may not share or solicit external contact handles (phone numbers, messaging apps, social media handles, creator-platform profiles) in your display name, bio, or public content. The product enforces this automatically on profile fields and monitors messages. Repeated attempts to redirect other members off-platform are treated as solicitation and handled accordingly.

You must represent yourself honestly. Impersonating another person, a public figure, or a fictional character is prohibited. Uploading photos that are not of you, or using AI-generated or manipulated images to misrepresent your identity or appearance, is prohibited. Every profile is reviewed for authenticity before becoming visible.

You may not harass, threaten, stalk, or incite violence against any person. You may not post content that demeans people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age. Reports are reviewed by our team and may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent removal depending on severity.

Nyxqen is for adults aged 18 or over. You may not create an account on behalf of a minor, attempt to contact minors through the platform, or upload content involving minors in any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative context. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). All flagged content is escalated to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and law enforcement in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. You may not use stolen payment methods, create accounts with false identity information, exploit billing or referral systems, or file chargebacks in bad faith after receiving service. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support first — we can usually resolve billing issues faster than a bank dispute.

You may not access Nyxqen using automated tools, scrape member profiles or content, create accounts in bulk, or use the service for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use. Mass account creation and scraping are immediately terminated and may result in legal action.

You may not send unsolicited bulk messages, advertise external products or services, attempt to phish login credentials, or distribute links to malicious software. Messaging rate limits and link scanning enforce this automatically in addition to review by our moderation team.

You may not upload or share content depicting any person without their documented consent. This includes intimate content, private communications, and content obtained through hacking, doxxing, or stalking. Deepfakes and manipulated sexual or intimate imagery of real people are prohibited regardless of consent.

Depending on severity, prior history, and context, violations may result in content removal, warnings, temporary restrictions, permanent account termination, forfeiture of unused subscription time, and referral to law enforcement. We reserve the right to act immediately without prior notice where required to protect members or comply with legal obligations.
