Profile review
Every profile is reviewed by our moderation team before it becomes visible. We check for authenticity, appropriate content, and compliance with our community standards.
Blocking and reporting
You can block any user at any time. Blocked users cannot see your profile, send you waves, or message you. Reports are reviewed by our team and can result in warnings, restrictions, or removal.
Messaging safety
Messaging is only available after a mutual match. You cannot receive unsolicited messages. Rate limits prevent spam. Abusive behavior is monitored and enforced.
Trust tiers
Members build trust over time through positive interactions. Higher trust earns better placement. Negative behavior — reports, blocks, policy violations — reduces trust.
Your control
You can pause your visibility at any time, control who can connect with you, and manage your data through your settings page.
Reporting child safety violations
Nyxqen is an 18+ platform. We have a zero-tolerance policy for content involving minors. All uploaded media is automatically scanned before publication, and any suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is escalated to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
If you encounter content or behavior on Nyxqen that endangers a minor, report it immediately through one of these channels:
- NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org) — primary external channel
- Email support@nyxqen.com — we review every report and escalate to NCMEC on your behalf
- Use the in-app Report control on the profile or post — fastest for content already on the platform
