Refund Policy

Nyxqen subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and provide access to platform features for the billing period. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
Standard refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described below. Because access is provided immediately on payment, partial-period refunds are not issued for canceled subscriptions — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Billing errors
If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, charge after cancellation, or charge for a period in which the service was unavailable), email support@nyxqen.com within 60 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a full refund within 10 business days of confirming the error.
Service disruption
Sustained, platform-wide outages of more than 24 consecutive hours during a billing period entitle the affected member to a pro-rated credit or refund at the platform's discretion. Reach out to support@nyxqen.com to request one.
Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email support@nyxqen.com — we can usually resolve billing issues faster than a bank dispute, and we aim to respond within 2 business days. You retain your full rights as a cardholder, including the right to dispute a charge with your issuing bank.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
