Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Nyxqen subscription at any time. This page explains how cancellation works and what happens to your account afterward.

How to cancel

Sign in to your account, go to Settings → Billing, and click "Cancel subscription". You'll receive an email confirmation immediately. No phone calls or written requests are required.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. You retain full Premium access until that date — there is no immediate downgrade and no further charges.

What happens to your account

Your profile, matches, messages, and waves remain intact. After your billing period ends, your account reverts to free Verified access (if eligible) or read-only access. You can re-subscribe at any time from Settings → Billing.

Account deletion

Cancellation is not the same as deletion. To permanently delete your account and associated data, email support@nyxqen.com per our Privacy Policy. Deletion is processed within 30 days.

Trouble canceling?

If the in-app cancel flow isn't working, email support@nyxqen.com and we will cancel your subscription manually within 1 business day. Include the email address on your account so we can verify ownership.

Refunds after cancellation

Cancellation by itself does not trigger a refund. See our Refund Policy for the cases in which refunds are issued (billing errors, service disruption).
