Nyxqen is operated by Swayn Technologies, LLC, a limited liability company with its principal place of business at [STREET ADDRESS], Norman, OK [ZIP], United States. Correspondence regarding these terms should be sent to support@nyxqen.com or to the address above.

Use of Nyxqen is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits — among other things — solicitation, commercial sex acts, adult sexual content, off-platform contact solicitation, impersonation, harassment, fraud, and automated access. All profiles are reviewed and moderated. Accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy may be suspended or permanently terminated.

Nyxqen offers a free Verified tier (after profile review) and a paid Premium tier billed monthly through Stripe. Premium subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. You authorize Swayn Technologies, LLC to charge your payment method for each billing period until you cancel.

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Premium access until that date. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases of billing error or sustained service disruption. See our Refund Policy for full details and how to request a refund.

You retain ownership of content you upload to Nyxqen. By uploading, you grant Nyxqen a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform for the purpose of providing the service. We may remove content that violates our community standards.

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to clear notices of alleged infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. To submit a takedown notice or counter-notice, see our Copyright (DMCA) Policy.

Nyxqen is an online service. We do not arrange, endorse, verify, or facilitate in-person meetings, transactions, or exchanges of value between members. Any decision to meet or interact off-platform is your own, and you assume all associated risk.

Nyxqen is provided "as-is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swayn Technologies, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or interactions with other members. Use good judgment and report concerning behavior.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice before taking effect.
